This property in Hampton was in a small 1960's development of similar properties and had strict covenants in place that restricted the scope of how far we could modify the exterior as well as changing the garage into a habitable room needing authorisation. After presenting Richmond Council with 2 options and receiving approval builders were employed to complete the vision.






The final render was viewed as the most favourable by the client and the most acceptable for Richmond Council.

The original living and dining area were opened up to the kitchen creating better communication between the rooms




Excavation is required to join the new soil pipe, digging through concrete without damaging the clay pipe requires complete care and attention.
